It’s The Five Star Weekend away for Jennifer Garner in first-look trailer for new Binge series

BINGE has unveiled the official trailer for The Five Star Weekend, a glossy new eight-part drama led by and executive produced by Jennifer Garner.

Adapted from the bestselling novel by Elin Hilderband, The Five Star Weekend follows Hollis Shaw (Garner), a beloved celebrity chef and author whose carefully curated life begins to unravel after a devastating personal tragedy. Known publicly for her warmth, effortless style, and aspirational lifestyle, Hollis finds herself struggling beneath the weight of grief, fractured family dynamics, and an increasing dependence on the approval of strangers.

Searching for clarity, she invites a group of women from different chapters of her life to her Nantucket home for a lavish coastal getaway – childhood friends, old confidantes, and one unexpected guest whose arrival threatens to upend everything. Over the course of the weekend, long-buried tensions surface, loyalties are tested, and the polished image each woman presents to the world begins to crack.

Set against the picturesque backdrop of Nantucket’s beaches, wealth, and exclusivity, the series looks to blend emotional drama with glossy escapism, exploring friendship, reinvention, motherhood, grief, and the stories people tell themselves to survive.

Alongside Garner, the ensemble cast includes D’Arcy Carden, Gemma Chan, Regina Hall, Chloë Sevigny, Harlow Jane, and Timothy Olyphant.

The series premieres July 9th on Peacock in the United States and on BINGE and Foxtel On Demand in Australia with a double-episode launch.
