Directed and produced by Stephanie Senior of Clearwater Films, the clip transforms Perth’s historic His Majesty’s Theatre into a world of glamour, poise and feminine allure. Flowing silk gowns, expressive choreography, cinematic framing and old-world grandeur all collide with a thoroughly modern energy, building a bold, empowering visual counterpart to the track. Interspersed with some very cool silhouettes, it’s a cracking video which oozes charm.
Musically, “If you want it” is a sleek, sultry gem. Blending Latin-inspired rhythms, soulful pop-R&B, finger-picked Spanish guitar and dance-pop grooves, the song revels in the push-pull dynamic of attraction, where chemistry, restraint and desire all become part of the game.
