December sees Adelaide’s Bad//Dreems back on the road for their final headline shows of the year before 2017 comes along and we see what they’ve been working on hard throughout this year. Of course, when we got a hint of album Number Two with “Mob Rule”, everything pointed to a strong follow up record to Dogs At Bay.
Now, with the official film clip being released, we’re getting an extra insight into that ballsy, rough-around-the edges rock goodness that is continuing to carve its own spot within our already beloved scene. The Ben Helweg-directed video gives “Mob Rule” a vintage Countdown-like edge, while Ben Marwe‘s almost drawling Aussie vocal permeates through strong.
If DMA’s have that rousing, Britpop-revived sound locked down for the East Coast, Bad//Dreems are the gruff brothers from the South who’ve arrived at the party ready shake shit down.
