The true story of two small time stoners and their $300 million arms contract revealed in trailer for War Dogs

A 2011 Rolling Stones article titled The Stoner Arms Dealers: How Two American Kids Became Big-Time Weapons Traders has been turned into a motion picture, and its full trailer has finally hit the net.

The story of Efraim Diveroli and his partner David Packouz, is the curious tale of two boys completely out of their element and stuck fighting to overcome international security obstacles while dealing with a nagging ethical dilemma. The story explores how wars in Afghanistan and Iraq were fought on the arms deals brokered by two young Americans guys that met at an Orthodox synagogue in Miami.

Jonah Hill and Miles Teller will handle the lead roles with Todd Phillips (Old School, The Hangover) set to direct the feature. Bradley Cooper also appears in the trailer as an ominous arms broker. Watch the full thing below.

War Dogs is due for release in Australia on 18th August 2016 through Roadshow Films.
