Bake Bar expands to include third store at Double Bay’s Kiaora Place (Sydney)

Last month, Bake Bar opened its third highly anticipated artisan bakery in the Kiaora Place redevelopment in Double Bay, making it the second Bake Bar shop to open in 2015, with the other being in Alexandria. Bake Bar now joins 20 specialty retail shops spread throughout the development, standing as the space’s only bakery.

Bake Bar co-owner Amir Reveg said that building and developing the brand has been of the utmost importance for the success of the business. “Our goal has always been to establish the business as a thriving bakery brand. As you can imagine, the opening of our third store marks a huge milestone for us. The new store will be our biggest venue to date with inside and outside seating for up to 80 customers. The added space and kitchen also means we’ll be able to significantly increase production across all three stores.”

Leading the team is head baker and director of Bake Bar Gili Gold, who continues to keep the same organic and wholefood philosophy the Bake Bar brand embodies.

“At Bake Bar we only use sustainable, organic, and seasonal produce to create every item prepared in our kitchen. This is an essential ingredient embedded across all three of our locations,” Gold said in a press release.

In addition to this opening, Bake Bar will be releasing their very own frozen pastry line that customers can purchase in store and cook at home.

In alignment with their healthy living ethos, Bake Bar specialises in gluten-free and organic breads and cakes, and is open for breakfast and lunch. Their popular range of sweet and savoury treats will all be in store, as well as new flavours unique to the Double Bay store.
