Tove Lo is heading back to Australia, with the Swedish pop powerhouse announcing four headline shows for March 2027 as part of her global ESTRUS TOUR.
Presented by Secret Sounds and Live Nation, the tour will take Tove Lo to Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney and Perth, with Australian rising pop artist SALTY joining her as special guest across all four dates.
For me, this is an especially welcome return. I caught Tove Lo at Splendour in the Grass back in 2023, where her fearless, high-energy set was one of my festival highlights, so I’m more than a little excited to see her heading back to Australia.
Tove is never shy about holding back, and her expectations for the upcoming tour are very high indeed.

The tour follows the release of Tove Lo’s sixth studio album, ESTRUS, which arrives later this month. The record sees her diving further into propulsive electro-pop, drawing inspiration from the likes of The Knife, Robyn and the Swedish indie dance music she grew up with. It was recorded across Los Angeles, Stockholm and a small Swedish fishing village where she spent summers as a child.
Already released tracks “I’m your girl right?”, “des fleurs” and “DNH” give fans a taste of what to expect, with ESTRUS continuing Tove Lo’s knack for putting desire, vulnerability and emotional messiness right at the centre of the dancefloor. The album also features a collaboration with Belgian artist Stromae.
It should make for a potent addition to a live catalogue already stacked with the likes of “Habits (Stay High)”, “Talking Body”, “Cool Girl”, “Disco Tits” and “Glad He’s Gone”.
Support act SALTY has meanwhile been steadily making her mark on the Australian pop landscape, following her outstanding debut EP the other side.
