The FOMO brand sure is bossing up in becoming an Australian festival to watch, with this afternoon’s announcement for the 2017 run seeing some heavy hitters bound for our shores. Namely, SZA will be making her Australian debut as part of the festival tour, having broken through in 2017 as more than a buzz artist on the Top Dawg roster.
Joining her in Brisbane, Adelaide, Melbourne and Sydney next January will be RL Grime, Kaytranada, ZHU, Post Malone, Tourist, Drezo, Stööki Sound, The Kite String Tangle, Dena Amy, Nina Las Vegas and four lucky triple j Unearthed winners!
FOMO is extending into Melbourne for a one-off evening event, FOMO By Night, continuing to make the brand as national as possible. Partnering up with Heaps Decent in 2018, FOMO will be donating $1 from every online ticket sold to the music charity. With the tickets remaining affordable and a festival experience that gives the punter no clashes, FOMO is where you can be finding us in the New Year, that’s for sure.
Tickets are on sale to the general public from 10am, September 6th, while a pre-sale is kicking off tomorrow – September 5th – from 19am via www.fomofestival.com.au.
