E3 2016: Insomniac are making a PS4-exclusive Spider-man game

Insomniac are no stranger to the superhero genre, having created the very enjoyable Xbox One exclusive Sunset Overdrive a couple of years ago. It’s now returning to the genre with one of the most popular heroes in comics, and on an entirely different console.

Sony dropped the trailer for a new Spider-man game developed by Insomniac towards the end of their E3 press event yesterday. The short trailer showed Spidey in a rather different outfit to his more traditional red and blue duds, a large white spider emblem on his chest.

Insomniac have since confirmed on Twitter that the title will be a PS4 exclusive.
