“Recording ‘BORED!’ was the most fun and tiring session of my life, there was screaming, chanting, laughing that we left all throughout the record. That same sense of liberation drives the video — a slick, stylised extension of the PULSE universe. Built around a video game-inspired narrative that threads through the EP, Jazzy K’s character moves through different “levels”, each tied to a track and emotional checkpoint.
For “BORED!”, that level is all about confidence and control. Set against a glossy, early-2000s-inspired backdrop, the video sees Jazzy K strutting down a glamorous boulevard, channelling the energy of classic BRATZ-era visuals and handheld gaming nostalgia. It’s fashion-forward, playful and unapologetically bold, with sparkles and diamonds to the MAX — perfectly mirroring the song’s central message: she’s far too dynamic to be stuck in something dull.
Written and recorded in Los Angeles with a team that includes Grammy-winning collaborators (with credits spanning Bad Bunny, The Kid LAROI and Lil Nas X), “BORED!” also signals the scale of ambition behind PULSE. It’s a project rooted in personal growth, but delivered with a polished, global pop sensibility.
