The awkwardness returns: ABC’s Please Like Me begins production on season 4

Following a teaser by the leading man himself, ABC has announced that filming for season 4 of Josh Thomas’ critically acclaimed TV series Please Like Me has begun in Melbourne.

The upcoming season will consist of six episodes, with the return of familiar faces including Thomas Ward, Hannah Gadsby and Caitlin Stasey. As well as hilariously navigating the fictionalised version of himself through the troubles of twenty-something life on screen, Josh will be directing three episodes of the upcoming season as he shares the role with award-winning director Matthew Saville.

Please Like Me has received phenomenal success both locally and internationally, as the new season rides on the series’ ACCTA awards including Best Comedy or Light Entertainment Program and nominations for an International Emmy and Logie Awards, including Best Actor.
