Young Henrys have made DZ Deathrays their official “Beer Executives”

From the mosh pit to the brewery, award-winning Brisbane rockers DZ Deathrays have traded in some ripped jeans for beer-stained suits as they have been named the top beer executives for Young Henrys, and to celebrate they’ll be pouring up a brand new brew tomorrow (Sat 16th April) at Brisbane festival Blurst of Times.

The new Pils n Thrills brew is a pilsner made in collaboration with YH, and they’ve brewed 86 kegs of the stuff to further their foray into the wondrous world of craft beer.

“Tried home brewing, tasted like piss”, said DZ guitarist Shane Parsons. “Tried buying beer at the pub, too expensive…brewed 86 kegs of Pils n Thrills with Young Henrys to have beer on tap, so to speak, and we might actually pulls this one off!”

So if you’re heading along to Blurst of Times tomorrow make sure you seek out this brew in the Beer Garden from 5-6pm with DZ on hand to watch you drink it all down.
