Sleek and seductive QT Sydney have pounced onto spring with a new cocktail menu, refreshing their popular bar with a completely new list of concoctions across both their hideaway Gowings Bar and Gowings Bar & Grill.
Milkwashings, infusions and house-made ingredients are re-taking centre stage for the new program. And it certainly reiterates QT’s playfulness with the likes of an actual Negroni Fountain sitting next to a collection of fruit-forward cocktails such as the Papal Apple, QT’s version of an Apple Martini, and Dirty Dick’s Fruit Disco, which layers Midori with Four Pillars Navy Strength Gin, house-made matcha syrup, citrus and egg white.
Obviously the biggest eye-opener is the Negroni Fountain, which serves four out of a 19th style vessel, and contains a mix of Bulldog Gin, Cinzano 1757 Rosso Vermouth and Campari with Braulio Amaro and orange wheels.
