Katherine Sabbath teams up with Mövenpick to create an exclusive dessert (Sydney)

Australian dessert connoisseur Katherine Sabbath has teamed up Swiss ice cream brand Mövenpick to launch their new Sydney CBD store on George Street, which features a coffee lounge, modern booths, communal banquettes, and of course, Mövenpick ice cream. Sabbath has created a dessert for the brand to celebrate their first few weeks of operation in the heart of Sydney, using her undeniable talents for delicious and indulgent treats to create a decadent chocolate shortbread tartlet

The tartlet is available now and is filled with a scoop of ice cream, topped with dark chocolate and raspberry chocolate fragments, and then drizzled with a raspberry coulis.

“I love ice cream and I was excited to not only help launch the new Mövenpick boutique in Sydney CBD, but create a fresh and colourful dessert using the best Swiss ice cream as the key ingredient”, said Sabbath.

Available now, The Chocolate Raspberry Tartlet is being sold exclusively at the Sydney CBD Mövenpick boutique for $12.95 each. It’ll only be around for a limited time only so we recommend you get in quick. You’ll find the new store at 500 George Street, Sydney (in The Galeries).
