Ben & Jerry’s has created an “impossible” ice-cream burger for Australia

The immortal ice cream impresarios at Ben & Jerry’s have officially gone into burger territory, slapping some of their famously indulgent treats in the middle of a brioche bun and dubbing it the “Impossible to Eat Burger.”

Though it’s not quite impossible to eat. Because I will eat it. As will you. The Ben & Jerry’s Impossible to Eat Burger is a cosmic slop of Trans-Tasman euphoria, available across select Australian and New Zealand stores right now.

It’s built with a sweet brioche bun, crunchy waffle pieces, a Biscoff spread, and Ben & Jerry’s famed ice cream with all its requisite chunks and swirls, drowned in your choice of hot fudge or caramel sauce. Ridiculous, messy, and probably not appropriate (first) date food.

The burger marks the first in what will be a string of limited edition creations by Ben & Jerry’s, inspired by Australia’s favourite fast foods. The series will be rolling out over the coming months to the “Scoop Stores” listed below.
