Black Friday is upon us, and even though it’s a post-Thanksgiving tradition in the U.S, it’s thankfully something we can all be a part of. Around the world numerous brands spanning travel, lifestyle, fashion and more will be giving an early Christmas present to us all in the form of substantial sales. Travel is always of particular interest when this glorious day rolls around, and for very good reason. While plenty of travel operators, brands, hotel and airlines have kept their cards close (be vigilant, it’s worth it) until the last minute, there’s been quite a few discounts announced early so you can jump on those Black Friday sales straight away. Here’s 10 of our favourite deals going around today.
Aussie travellers can save up to 30% of European and Asian itineraries with Busabout, who are running an awesome sale from now up until Tuesday 28th November, taking in destinations like Croatia, Thailand, Greece and Budapest. Not only that but travellers can buy an Unlimited Pass and go on the receive either an Iberian Adventure, Oktoberfest Hostel or Greek Island Flexi Hopper for free. Scotland and Ireland travellers can also save 30% off extended HAGGiS and Shamrocker Adventures and 15% off this coming Christmas and New Years with HAGGiS.

This is a big one. For anyone who already has some flights locked in, you’re going to want to take a look at the Accor network. The massive hotel group are offering up to 40% off select hotels around the world. Their brands include Sofitel, Pullman, ibis, and Novotel.
Until 11:59pm tonight, Tigerair are slashing prices on their domestic network with fares starting from just $10. That’s some serious savings right there, and with them having an extensive selection of routes across the country you’d be remiss not to jump on this.
Air New Zealand
You’re going to want to hurry with this one. One of the most consistently awarded airlines in the world are making New Zealand travel extremely accessible for Aussie travellers with this Black Friday special. They have sale fares to Auckland, Christchurch and Wellington with prices starting from $189. The sale ends at some point today so don’t hesitate.
The low-cost carrier with an extensive network across ASEAN have just launched flights to Jaipur (via Kuala Lumpur) for Aussie travellers and they’re using Black Friday to promote that with some very affordable flights starting from $241. The sale will be running up until Saturday 25th Nov, and the flights are valid for travel between February 5th 2018 and May 6th 2018.
With an extensive network connecting regional Australia, Australian carrier JETGO are in a nice position to bolster tourism to underrated destinations including Townsville, Rockhampton, Wollongong, Dubbo, and Tamworth.
