Having been announced on the Melbourne Zoo Twilights program this morning, Warpaint have come on through and confirmed an extra two dates for fans to catch them at in Brisbane and Sydney. The tour will see the ladies return in February with their latest album Heads Up, playing The Triffid and an extra special show at the Sydney Opera House.
Of course, Warpaint have enjoyed a strong relationship with their Australian fans since their first trip out for Splendour when their debut self-titled was doing the rounds. They’ve gone on to dominate live both as headliners and on festival bills and no doubt, this cheeky lil’ return trip is going to be showing off their new record brilliantly.
Tickets are on sale for Warpaint’s Brisbane show now, while tickets for Sydney go on sale to the general public TOMORROW from 9am, AEDT.
