Track of the Day: The Beths “Dying to Believe” (2020)

4-piece Kiwi indie-rockers The Beths are back with a new killer track, “Dying to Believe”. It’s the first release since their critically acclaimed debut album Future Me Hates Me which was released in 2018. I saw The Beths at Splendour last year and was blown away by how good they were. Seriously fresh, great songwriting, genuine chemistry between the four of them, sweet guitars and some beautiful harmonies. They were one of the highlights of the festival, so it’s a buzz to see them back with a breezy fun new release.

They have an accompanying video to go with the track, which includes a guide on ‘how to be a Beth’, how to write a song, as well as a visual homage to a few of their influences and heroes.

“Dying to Believe” will be on their upcoming LP, Jump Rope Gazers, which is due to be released on 10th July 2020. You can pre-order it HERE.
