Post Malone is coming to Australia for a huge arena tour in 2019

Multi-platinum pop megastar Post Malone will be making a huge return to Australia next year, announcing a nationwide tour that’ll be taking the “Rockstar” singer across Perth, Adelaide, Melbourne, Brisbane and Sydney. Set for April and May 2019, the string of performances will mark Malone’s first arena tour down under.

Known for his vigorous stirred-pot of hip hop, R&B and pop, Post has had an incredible year, truly dominating and breaking records as his 2018 album beerbongs & Bentleys swiftly became one of the year’s most successful. The project, which features the hits “Rockstar” and “Psycho”, clocked up more than 78.7 million streams on its release day, surpassing the previous record held by Drake who set the bar when More Life tipped 61.3 million hits.

That nice little stat alone should be enough to tell you that this tour is going to be selling fast.

Malone will be headlining dates starting at RAC Arena in Perth then moving onto Adelaide’s AEC Arena, Rod Laver in Melbourne, the Brisbane Entertainment Centre and Sydney’s Qudos Bank Arena – making this his biggest local tour to date.

Tickets for all shows go on sale at 2pm (local time) Tuesday, October 30 following the Live Nation pre-sale beginning at 9am Monday 29th October. There will also be an exclusive pre-sale for Optus customers with Optus Perks from 9am (local time) Thursday, October 25 until 5pm (local time) Sunday, October 28.
