Music Video of the Day: Jack River “Limo Song” (2018)

Jack River has continued to go from strength to strength recently; when she’s not helming incredible Electric Lady events, performing across the latest festival roll out, she’s been working on what’s set to become one of the biggest Australian releases this side of 2018, in Sugar Mountain.

From that record has come “Limo Song” – another twisty, dreamlike pop number that proves Jack River’s position as one of the country’s best performers in the genre. Similar to the likes of Olympia and Vera Blue, the way Jack River orchestrates her music is simply effervescent and the way she brings the music to life with her music videos is equally as striking. Working with collaborator Matt Sav once again, the music video for “Limo Song” constructs a bold and provocative dreamscape where feelings of love and lust are explored in a dark, neon, sometimes pastel glory.
