Frenzal Rhomb are bringing back their Australian punk anthems for a huge Australian tour to celebrate 23 years since the release of their album Sans Souci.
The sixth album from Frenzal Rhomb brought iconic tracks like “Bucket Bong”, “Looking Good”, and “Punisher” to the ears of punk lovers all over Australia and the world in 2003.
Since emerging from Newtown, Sydney, in the 90’s the band have had an extensive career made possible by their larrikin like Aussie humour lyrics and punchy punk riffs.
It hasn’t been long since their last tour, A Man’s (Still) Not a Camel, in 2025, but they just can’t get enough. The band, consisting of members, Jason “Jay” Whalley, Lindsay “The Doctor” McDougall, Gordon Forman and Michael Dallinger, will return for some epic nights full of of Sans Souci sounds. They’ve already teased fans saying “look we may not make it through the whole album, and we probably won’t play it in order. So don’t go getting all weird and complain like that one person did on the Camel tour. We’ll give it all a red hot go though!”
Unfortunately, they’ve been advised by lawyers not to mention “Russel Crowe’s Band” for legal reasons.
The massive 20 show tour will kick off in Adelaide on the 13th of August, before the band heads around the map over 4 months. They’ll be playing 6 concerts in Queensland, 4 in New South Wales and Western Australia, 2 in Tasmania, and 1 in Adelaide and Canberra.
This gives fans all around Australia no excuse not to catch them live! Grab your tickets here, to celebrate Sans Souci turning 23 with Frenzal Rhomb.
