The film also stars Tony Revolori (The Grand Budapest Hotel), Kiersey Clemons (Transparent), Blake Anderson (Workaholics), Zoë Kravitz (X-Men: First Class), A$AP Rocky and Chanel Iman. Forest Whitaker led the production team while Pharrel Williams, the soundtrack’s executive producer, wrote four original songs for the film.

Dope is also playing at the Melbourne International Film Festival, July 30 – August 16.
