Kevin Hart’s (Ride Along) wave of success continues to roll on as we get a first look at his new comedy The Wedding Ringer, Co-starring Josh Gad (Frozen).
Gad plays Doug Harris, a husband to be who has a tough time making friends and with his wedding drawing clser he has yet to locate any groomsmen. Enter Jimmy Callahan (Hart), a best-man-for-hire who is now facing his biggest challenge: Finding 7 groomsmen for Doug’s big day.
Gads voice work for the lovable Olaf in Disney’s record shattering Frozen has clearly propelled him and Hart cant miss a trick right now. The two seem to have a great chemistry and some decent writing and a fresh narrative could see The Wedding Ringer being a comedy stand out next year.
The Wedding Ringer is Jeremy Garelick’s first feature film.
The Wedding Ringer is due out in Australia on February 26.
