Behold the Guardian and the Seeker in new Warcraft mage posters

The first official poster of the last Guardian of Tirisfal, Medivh, has been well worth the wait. Ben Foster (X-Men: The Last Stand, Lone Survivor) portrays the powerful wizard in the upcoming fantasy film Warcraft: The Beginning, and he looks spectacular.

At San Diego Comic-Con last year, Foster said the best part of playing Medivh in Warcraft was learning the physical language of how to create the spells, and we can’t wait to see the sorcerer in action come June.

The official poster of Medivh’s apprentice Khadgar was also revealed, who is portrayed by Ben Schnetzer (The Book Thief) in the film. Khadgar is hailed as one of the Alliance’s greatest heroes, and both mages play significant roles within regards to the dark portal that allows the orcs into Azeroth.
