Knowing that they have the perfect summer spot for events, The Star will be pushing more session-type events for their picturesque rooftop space alongside pop-up bars, and menus from the precinct’s renowned restaurants.
Nodding to how damn indecisive our weather has been lately, The Sky Terrace will now be fitted out with a transparent marquee so the space is appealing even if #sydneystorm is lurking around the corner.
Around the space, against the expansive views of Sydney harbour, will be The Main Terrace Bar, a hub of hand-crafted cocktails and boutique brews; Wine Bar, where there will be a range of Treasury Estate Wines throughout the season, including Penfolds; a section dedicated to the new Veuve Clicquot RICH, which is classic Veuve with a cocktail twist; and food options from Exec Chef Uday Huja including Philly Cheese Steaks, and BBQ Pulled Pork & Cheese Quesadeillas.
Throughout the season, various DJs and Marquee regulars will be up to fill the space with various tunes. These include Nino Brown, Beth Yen, Dan Slater and Troy T.
