InterContinental’s Double Bay rooftop bar teams with Belvedere for Signature Sundays (Sydney)

On what is surely now one of the most famous rooftop’s across the city, InterContinental Sydney Double Bay’s stunning open-air bar has become a Summer-ready Sunday destination thanks to a recent partnership with Belvedere. The renowned Vodka has come on board to help launch Signature Sundays, which will take place every week from afternoon to evening.

Those heading along each Sunday through summer will find that a number of Belvedere’s signature cocktails have taken up prime position on the bar’s menu. Expect the likes of Belvedere Signature (Belvedere vodka, Lillet blanc, fresh grapefruit, soda); Cucumber & Honeycomb (Belvedere vodka, fresh pressed apple, cucumber, organic honeycomb, soda); Grapefruit & Candied Apple (Belvedere vodka, Lillet blanc, fresh pressed grapefruit, candied apple); and several others as the signature series sits alongside a range of wines, spirits, Champagne, and small bites from a food menu curated by Saké.

The Mediterranean inspired rooftop has been a much talked about slice of Double Bay since opening two years ago, boasting a shimmery pool that look over one of the most stunning perspectives in the area. Originally a controversial minimum spend was applied to the rooftop bar, but since then that has been pushed away with the bar welcoming both guests and the public during summer. Now group reservations are available for parties of 12 or more and walk-ins are welcomed, seated on a first come, first serve basis.

To help the Sunday sessions move along, a schedule of local DJ’s has also been carefully put together featuring the likes of Cassette and Alice Quiddington.
