Huxtaburger hook up with Wolf of the Willows for a special craft beer dinner (Melbourne)

Ahead of their collaboration for Melbourne’s Good Beer Week, Huxtaburger and local craft brewery Wolf of the Willows will be teaming up for a special intimate dining experience that seeks to highlight good burgers and good booze. Set for Tuesday 26th April, the 40-person dinner will be held at Huxtaburger Hawthorn. Daniel Wilson, Food Director of the famed burger chain, has prepared an exclusive four course feed especially for the event, all matched up with a Wolf of the Willow brew.

***UPDATE***: This event has been cancelled due to unforseen circumstances****

Expect combos like the JSP glazed beef short rib burger with truffled red cabbage and apple slaw paired with a Johnny Smoke Porter, right alongside plenty of seafood options like Grilled Prawns and meats like Chorizo served with fennel, orange, and salmon salad, matched with an IPA.

This will be a good preview of the collaborative Cooking with Craft Beer masterclass that the team are presenting at South Melbourne’s Urban Kitchen on Tuesday 17th May as part of Melbourne Good Beer Week.

Tickets ($90pp) to the event are already selling fast so grab yours by clicking HERE.
