Full menu announced for Sydney’s first cereal cafe

News dropped just last week that Sydney will be getting it’s first ever dedicated cereal cafe as a pop-up at Surry Hills’ Kawa in collaboration with Kellogg’s, a physical celebration of the iconic cereal brand’s new info-focused website. Now the full menu for the pop-up has been released so we can see the extent of ridiculous experimental cereal x brunch mash-ups that will feature from Tuesday 19th April for one week only.

Decor will also be on-theme as serial cereal collector Barry Divola has agreed to display his cereal toy collection in the cafe for the duration of the pop-up, including prizes fished out of Corn Flakes and Coco Pops boxes.

“These creative and colourful bits of plastic are nostalgic reminders of a time and place when the Australian breakfast table held a bit of magic at the bottom of every box of cereal,” said Divola. They’ll be looking over diners as they dig into Rice Bubble Crusted French Toast with banana, maple syrup, and crispy bacon, with the option of adding vanilla bean ice cream, and Fruit Loop Cakes with cereal milk icing. Check below for the full menu and the pricing.
