If you’re after some fresh tangy aromas, their Lemongrass and Chilli Chicken Rice – Cơm Gà Nướng Sả Ớt won’t disappoint, blended with lemongrass, capsicum, onion and chilli infused chicken.
Plant-Based diners will enjoy their Vegan Lemongrass Chilli Rice – Cơm Gà Chay Nướng Sả Ớt with a combination of lemongrass, chilli and 100% plant-based soy protein.
All rice bowls are customisable with your choice of Jasmine and brown rice and all served with a crisp mixed salad and fried shallots, topped with fresh coriander and mint.
Fried rice lovers will revel in Hoang’s secret special recipe with Uncle’s Best Fried Rice – Cơm Chiên Của Chú. It’s got all the classic Vietnamese ingredients including rice, egg and fresh vegetables, fried shallots, fresh coriander and mint topped with crispy pork belly. If you want to turn up the heat, add fresh chilli or Mama Hoang’s Bún Bò Huế (BBH) spice to your fried rice.
