Deliveroo and Messina are bringing an immersive pop-up milk bar to Sydney and Melbourne

Delivery service Deliveroo and reigning dessert kings Messina are hooked up to bring a very interesting immersive pop-up to Sydney’s World Square this weekend and Melbourne’s Southbank the week after. Dubbed The Infinity Field, the one-day-only Messina store will be shaped into an interactive infinity mirrored cube which will be erected on-site, operating as a bespoke milk bar station, serving samples of the very rare but highly sought after Messina Milk.

Expect milk bottle dandelions reflecting into an endless field, leading all the way the Messina milk bar station where guests will be able to flavour their own Messina Milk from options including salted caramel, strawberry, chocolate, malted vanilla and iced coffee.

“Working alongside Messina has given us a unique opportunity to create memorable moments for consumers in a new and innovative way”, said Deliveroo Country Manager Levi Aron. “It’s not always about the food but more so about the holistic experience”.

The experience will be capped at 1,000 guests throughout each day of the pop-up. It’ll start in World Square for Sydney locals to come on down and experience it on Friday 3rd November from 12pm-7pm (or until sold out). The following Saturday (11th November), it’ll pop-up in Melbourne at Southbank, from 12pm-7pm (or until sold out).
