Client Liaison launch summer clothing and accessories collection

The animated turn-of-the-nineties pastiche that defines Client Liaison’s aesthetic has been focused into a limited edition fashion collection, nodding heavily to the heat of Australia’s summer season with beach focused clothing and accessories for women and men. Harvey Miller and Monte Morgan of the incredibly popular – and wickedly fun – Melbourne band have co-designed the collection with Kirsty Barros of Makers Of Belief, unleashing the line the same month as their debut album Diplomatic Immunity, which is out now.

The undeniable sense of style the duo bring to each and every one of their live shows is largely thanks to their custom designed costumes, which sync with the retro pop these artists effortlessly spring at their fans. The fashion certainly helps in building a unique culture for a Client Liaison show, so it makes sense they would want to amplify this with a high casual beach-wear capsule collection.

“It’s luxury at the beach”, described Morgan.

“You’re totally relaxed but retaining a level of class”, added Miller. “At the beach you’ll need a light bag to chuck your beach towel in, somewhere to store your sunglasses at night. Dressing for summer is all about being prepared”.

The recently launched collection contains a series of beach robes, t-shirts, bumbags, high cum swimwear, budgie smugglers, towels, shorts and hats all available online and at two special pop-up stores, a recent one in Melbourne and an upcoming one in Sydney.

“The designer line translates Client Liaison’s signature prestigious pop style into high casual everyday wear”, said Barros. “Pretty pastels reflecting the ease and effortlessness of Australian culture through fun and functional pieces with a little something for everyone. The collection is the ultimate summer pack of gender free easy wear for an endless summer of fun in the sun”.

The Melbourne pop up store launched earlier this month to coincide with the release of Diplomatic Immunity. Sydney’s pop up store will be operating from 2nd December. More information and the full range can be found online at http://www.clientliaison.com.
