Brisbane is getting a new non-stop service to Beijing courtesy of Air China

Air China are launching non-stop flights between Beijing and Brisbane from 11 December 2017, making it a wholelot easier for passengers to connect between the two major cities.

The new service is timely with the number of Chinese tourists visiting Australia seeing double-digit growth, with a two-way tourist flow between the two countries recording two million trips last year.

The flight schedule for Brisbane to Beijing will depart Mondays and Wednesdays at 19:30 and arrive at 04:45+1. The Beijing to Brisbane route will depart Fridays and Sundays at 02:30, arriving at 15:10.

Air China have also planned to expand its cooperation with Tourism and Events Queensland, to work together to tap each other’s market potential and formulate effective marketing strategies to increase relevant travel products and discounts to tourists in both countries.

The addition of the Beijing – Brisbane route will bring the total number of weekly flights between China and Australia to almost 40.
