A pop-up bar made from over one million pieces of lego will tour Australia this year

Australia is getting the world’s very first adults-only pop-up bar made of over one million blocks of Lego. Come Autumn 2018, The Bricks Bar will be built and deconstructed numerous times, travelling around to four major cities including Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne and Perth.

The organisers are a bit hush-hush on details at the moment, including exact dates and price of admission, but we do know that there will be drinks served, DJ’s spinning, and plenty of elaborate Lego sculptures to play on kidult nostalgia. There will even be a pile of blocks so guests can make their own creations, just don’t leave stray pieces around for others to step on – we all know how that ends.

Tickets for the pop-up will be on a first come, first served basis with registration open at The Bricks Bar’s official website HERE.
