JBL focuses on customised audio with its latest Club Series headphones

JBL is tipping towards touring musicians with the JBL CLUB Series, the latest line of headphones from the stalwart audio brand. Having recently launched to the Australian market, this collection of three distinct and differently priced headphones aim to amplify the personal audio experience and serve as the ideal creative companion on the road, focusing on adaptive technologies and customised listening sessions.

The entry level of this range, the CLUB700BT headphones (A$249), promise a massive 50 hours of non-stop playtime accompanied by a 40mm dynamic driver and ANC. Moving up is the Club950NC (A$399), bumping that battery time to 55 hours of non-stop playtime and dual-mic technology promising clear calls even in noisy environments. Sitting at the highest end is the CLUBONE headphones ($A499), with 45 hours of continuous playback and advanced features like True Adaptive Noise Cancelling which monitors the user’s surroundings 50,000 times per second to ensure noise levels are managed efficiently.

All three are compatible with Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa, as well as Harman’s new Personi-FiTM tech, which places a strong focus on detailed and specific levels of user customisation, allowing you to set your own preferences via the JBL app and personalise the headphone’s sound curve.

“Designed for true music enthusiasts, producers, artists, DJs and creators the game-changing JBL CLUB series delivers epic sound, with premium materials designed and tested by some of the top musicians in the world,” said Marcus Fry, Brand Activation Director of AUNZ at Harman. “These three headphones are equipped with the most innovative technologies for a legendary listening and performance experience.”

We’ll be going more in-depth with the specs when we get our hands on some review units but for now you can grab a pair over at JB Hi-Fi.
