Sending out a little message to fans to be paying attention to triple j at approximately 4:20pm this afternoon, Mansfield’s favourite sons Violent Soho went on and delivered a huge new song in “Like Soda” along with news of a short east coast tour in coming weeks. “Like Soda” is the band’s first piece of new material in some time, having been working away on the follow up record to the immensely popular Hungry Ghost. This little nugget is just what the doctor ordered on a Thursday afternoon.
