Hailing from Christchurch, New Zealand, musician Tom Lark is best known for transforming bedroom surroundings into “bedazzling” alt-pop music. the AU review’s Larry Heath chatted to Tom about his new “cheerful sounding ” EP, what lies ahead for 2015, and which actor would play him in one of his music videos.
Of his new self-titled EP, Tom Lark says: “It’s got a lot of sparkles and magic tricks everywhere… which makes it really fun to play live”. During the last year, Lark “learnt a lot about all kinds of frequencies” and 2015 is set to be even bigger. After playing four shows in Sydney, Lark says he’d “like to explore more of Europe”.
