Almost 3 years on from the game’s original release, Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 will be receiving a free new update, adding 2 new suits, including the suit worn by Tom Holland’s Peter Parker in the upcoming MCU film, Spider-Man: Brand New Day.
The update will also add a second animated suit, which is inspired by the upcoming fighting game, Marvel Tōkon: Fighting Souls.
In addition to the new suits, the v1.005.000 update will also add support for Enhanced PSSR upscaling on the PlayStation 5 Pro, along with a Power Saver mode, which scales back the console’s performance in order to reduce energy consumption.

The free update is out now for Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 owners on both PlayStation 5 and PC.
Spider-Man: Brand New Day will launch in Australian theatres on Thursday, the 30th of July.
