How did you get started?
I’ve been singing all my life, but I only took it seriously after Ii graduated University. I met the record producer Steve Booker (Duffy and John Newman) shortly after. He really gave me confidence in my talent and gave me a kick up in to the music industry. He took me under his wing and was a great mentor.

How would you best describe your live show:
Big, bold, fearless, unapologetic – we go straight for the jugular.

Tell us about your latest release:
My latest record is called Even In War it tells the story of how multifaceted we are as people, and how when we are face with adversity we may act out of character, but it doesn’t mean we don’t love the people around us even though our actions may not show it.
