Kendrick Lamar to bring ‘Grand National’ to Australia this December

Kendrick Lamar is touching down this December, bringing the acclaimed Grand National Tour to select Australian stadiums. After a string of sold-out shows across North America and a massive run through Europe and the UK with SZA, Kendrick will play only two solo headline dates in Melbourne and Sydney. In addition to these shows, he’ll also headline Spilt Milk Festival, performing in Ballarat, Perth, Canberra, and the Gold Coast.

The tour follows the success of the West Coast heavyweight’s latest album GNX, which debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 and delivered now-household singles like “Squabble Up” and “Luther.” Known for his razor-sharp poetic lyricism, tight visuals, and some of the most immersive performances in hip-hop, Kendrick’s live show is part theatre, part protest, part celebration. Expect a set that pulls no punches.

Kendrick’s last year has been monumental, sweeping the GRAMMYs, delivering a Super Bowl halftime show watched by a record-breaking 133.5 million people, and becoming the first rapper to surpass 100 million monthly listeners on Spotify. The Grand National Tour is shaping up to be one of the biggest moments on the 2025 Australian gig calendar.

Tickets go on general sale on Monday 16 June, with Vodafone customers getting early access via presale from Thursday 12 June.
