Fresh from their first ever show in Launceston earlier this year – which is now the biggest concert ever held in Tasmania – our friends in the Foo Fighters are making good on their promise to return to Australian shores. And it’s sooner than you think!
The band will be bringing their “Take Cover” tour to stadiums in Brisbane, Townsville, Sydney, Newcastle, Melbourne and Adelaide this November 2026, followed by Christchurch, Auckland and Perth in January 2027.
And all the Foos will be along for the ride: Dave Grohl, Nate Mendel, Chris Shiflett, Rami Jaffee, Ilan Rubin and Pat Smear, fresh off a foot injury.
They will (unfortunately) not be sharing these stages with Queens of the Stone Age – as in their North American tour – but rather 16 of the region’s hottest rising acts, handpicked by the Foos.
