Earlier this month, Sunny Luwe released her latest single, “It Won’t Be Long Til I See You Again”, ahead of her second album, Feeling Good, set to be released next Friday, October 10. The song, marked by her signature optimism, combines elements of pop, soul, and country into an emotional anthem that lifts the spirit while gently exploring themes of love, loss, and hope. We’re thrilled today to be premiering the video for this moving and captivating song.
The video, directed and edited by the award-winning cinematographer Alisha Todd, takes Sunny back to her hometown of Canungra and the family home that influenced her early life. Shot in warm, golden light amidst landscapes filled with both memories and significance, the video serves as a poignant visual journal of recovery.
About the clip, Sunny writes: “It felt nice to journey back to Canungra and see it with fresh eyes. For years I avoided it because of painful memories, but writing and releasing this song has healed some of those scars.”.
The clip reminds us that music is such a brilliant salve for a broken heart. If can shine a light on the darkness, as well as providing a guiding light to the better days ahead.
