Exclusive Music Video Premiere: Satellite Sky “Rivals” (2016)

Los Angeles-based, Melbourne rock duo Satellite Sky have unveiled their latest visuals, this time for their new single “Rivals”. Directed and shot by drummer Kim Kicks, the film clip stars Laura Seay (NCIS, Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D), and took inspiration from Kicks’ photography background in relating the themes of vulnerability and personal fragility that the music itself brings to life.

Known for their high energy live shows, Satellite Sky’s latest comes across as a slightly more toned back rock offering, but the melodies through the music and use of darker colours and tones in the video make “Rivals” a cool new slice of music and video to get around today.
