Day Wave making Australian debut supporting Gang Of Youths this April!

Californian Day Wave (aka Jackson Phillips) has already begun generating momentum surrounding his music in Australia following his recent signing to I OH YOU and subsequent love from blogs and music fans in the lead up to the release of his Hard to Read EP (due out tomorrow, March 4th).

For those who’ve been hanging out for Day Wave’s first Australian visit, the wait is over as today, he’s been announced as the main national support act for Sydney’s Gang of Youths, who will be touring the country through April! With a third and final show also just added for Melbourne, there’s going to be plenty of opportunities to be catching Day Wave perform  next month – don’t miss out!

Spookyland, another band who’ve been favourites of ours for some time now, have also been announced to be supporting Gang of Youths on this tour, appearing at every show except for the dates in Perth (April 16th) and the second Melbourne show (April 21st).

Grab your tickets while they’re still available, many shows have already sold out! Tickets for the third Melbourne show are on sale to the general public from 10am, March 8th. Telstra Thanks offers their customers access to a pre-sale session, commencing from midday March 4th, through until midday March 6th. Head to Telstra for more information.
