It’s always a great time for music fans when Ben Folds is in town and this August, Australian fans will be able to see the celebrated artist touring with a new ensemble, New York’s yMusic! The chamber ensemble will be performing at all stops of Ben Folds’ upcoming tour dates, where his new album So There will be showcased.
The album has already received much praise from critics, debuting at #1 on Billboard’s Classical Albums chart, while all drawing commendations for its appeal to modern pop audiences as well. Says the man himself of his August Australian tour, “I’m looking forward to bring our new live show to Australia. For me, returning to Australia is like coming home, where I have deep roots and feel such a strong connection to audiences.”
