The Cat Empire

It had been rumoured for a few months, but The Cat Empire finally released their new album Rising With The Sun (the bands 6th studio release) on the 11th March 2016.

St Paul & The Broken Bones

Birmingham, Alabama-based sextet St Paul & The Broken Bones are set to release their debut album Half The City in Australia on March 18th through Single Lock / Cooking Vinyl Australia. Produced by Ben Tanner of Alabama Shakes, the band said ”We did it to tape. We did it live.”

Asdasfr Bawd

Asdasfr Bawd (pronouced az-das-a-fah bor-d) aka Alex Clayton produces half contemporary minimalist classical compositions, half footwork, post dub sounds. Through Solitaire the release of Asdasfr Bawd’s debut EP Underpass is out March 11th.

The dastardly minds of Flannel Mouth announce their debut full length The Prisoner’s Cinema, a gruesome tale of love and regret with a whole lot of guts. Slated to be released on March 11th via SwitchBitch Records its Midwestern rock tangled in elements of progressive pop

Mexico City

Mexico City’s third album When The Day Goes Dark collects songs recorded over a time of progress for the band between bittersweet melancholy, emphatic vitriol, and weary self-reflection and is released via Plus One Records on March 11th.

Brooklyn-based post-punk band Bootblacks just announced a new record titled Veins promising to be referential but modern, and will be self-releasing the album on March 11th

Hailing from somewhere between Hamilton and The Gates of Hades, garage rock band Pet Sun announce their debut album out March 11th via The Hand Recordings

Jeff Buckley

Jeff Buckley’s album YOU AND I, set for release on Columbia / Legacy Recordings on March 11th, consists of 10 tracks of both cover songs and original music, ‘recently’ discovered in the Sony Music vaults.

Mississippi rock band 3 Doors Down announce their sixth full-length album, Us And The Night through Spinefarm / Caroline Australia, available in stores and through all digital retailers March 11th.
