XBOX is clearly ready to reclaim its position in the console market with these announcements. With a beautiful new classic-inspired console and two games confirmed as exclusives, there has never been a better time to come back to XBOX. The third party support with the surprise announcement of a new Spyro game, along with the first gameplay from Metro 2039 and Crazy Taxi: World Tour, shows that there is indeed a console future for XBOX.
While the announcement of both Gears of War: E-Day and Clockwork Revolution being exclusives, we also feel as though there’s a nice little push to get people buying their dedicated hardware too. Are console wars back?
Either way, welcome back, XBOX! We missed you.
