Rockstar releases second new teaser image for possible Red Dead Redemption sequel

Following on from their surprise logo reveal yesterday, Rockstar Games have released a second teaser image via their social media accounts overnight, all but confirming a sequel to their 2010 surprise hit Red Dead Redemption.

The teaser image features seven cowboy-like sillhouettes moving across a darkened plain with the sun sitting above a mountain range in the background. The image has a painterly look to it, much like the posters for Sergio Leone’s series of spaghetti western films A Fistful of Dollars and The Good, The Bad and the Ugly.

Seems Rockstar is putting their foot down. Should the current trend of daily teases continue, hopefully a title and a reveal trailer won’t be far off.

For now, saddle up and break out your OG copy of Red Dead. We’re gonna be heading back soon.
