Zero Latency VR provides a wide range of original and licensed VR experiences at several locations across Australia. That range is set to grow again, with the announcement of Jumanji: The Lost Levels, coming to all Australian Zero Latency VR locations on the 4th of December, 2026.
Based on the upcoming film, Jumanji: The Lost Levels will also be Zero Latency VR’s first-ever fully hand-tracked experience, which allows users to use their own hands to interact with things in the virtual environment, as opposed to the standard button controls.
Built from the ground up as a family-friendly cooperative adventure, you’ll need to work together to overcome challenges, solve puzzles, meet the locals and become the heroes Jumanji needs.
Chief Technology Officer of Zero Latency VR, Scott Vandonkelaar, commented on the news, stating, “Hand tracking changes everything about how you relate to a virtual world. In Jumanji: The Lost Levels, you’re reaching out and interacting with the environment instead of pressing buttons or aiming a controller. Your hands are the interface, so the boundary between you and the game dissolves. We’ve been working towards this moment for a long time, and Jumanji is exactly the right world to debut it in.”
