It feels like an eternity, but throughout various leaks, reports and general speculation, Rockstar has finally announced that the next Grand Theft Auto is well and truly on the way. That’s not all, however, Rockstar Games announced via their X (Twitter) post this morning, that a trailer will be dropping sometime early next month in December.

What began as a message from the Co-Founder and president of Rockstar Games, Sam Houser, thanking fans and players alike in celebration of the 25th anniversary of Rockstar Games, expanded to include this long-awaited official announcement.
What that means for the actual game and the upcoming trailer anyone’s guess, but we hope it includes some in-engine gameplay at the very least. What can we say, but see you in December.
