E3 2018: Skull & Bones hits gamers with both Cinematic and Gameplay trailers

Skull & Bones has been revealed in the past couple years to be a pirate simulator of sorts, that much is clear. But this year, we get to see in more detail than ever, what to expect on the high seas.

The cinematic trailer definitely sets the tone for the experience, encapsulating the savagery it takes to be a pirate, all while bracing the harsh weather of the seven seas, in a bid to be the best. You may be a wolf; luckily they hunt in packs.

The gameplay footage strongly emphasis navel combat as a core aspect, inspired by the likes of Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag, and quite frankly, I couldn’t be happier. Battles on the high seas create for a tense situation as several ships fight to the nail over that sweet pirate treasure. Being a pirate has never looked this good, but you can check it out for yourself in the trailer below:

With no official release date, Skull & Bones is set to release sometime in 2019.
