Thanks to Rialto Distribution, we have 10 double digital in-season passes (Admit 2) to giveaway to see Penélope Cruz and Glenn Close in the acclaimed drama La Bola Negra, recent winner of the People’s Choice Award at this year’s Toronto International Film Festival, in Australian theatres from October 15th, 2026.
Winner of the Best Director prize at Cannes 2026, LA BOLA NEGRA is an ambitious, beautifully crafted story of love, repression and queer identity that moves fluidly across three very different periods of Spanish history, focusing on “three existences” that are connected through themes of sexuality, desire, pain, and inheritance.
For your chance to win one of these double passes* (which can be used in any participating cinema until the film’s season concludes; see terms and conditions), in 25 words or less, tell us what your favourite foreign film is and why?
*Australian residents only. Competition closes Wednesday October 14th, 2026, 5PM AEDT
